Hello there, and welcome to Pi Phi Mu.
My name is Lisa and this is my new blog. Actually this my new real blog. Before this I was hanging out over on Tumblr and while I like it over there very much I realized that more and more I was just reblogging and not writing any personal posts. I tried to remedy that and sit down and write out a few proper blog posts but I couldn't. Tumblr just doesn't feel like a place for writing, not for me anyway. So I took a look at Blogger, liked what I saw, and decided to give it a try.
This blog is going to be very much a work in progress for awhile. I'm going to try to take the next few weeks to introduce myself properly and get my theme and links all set up and looking pretty. After that I'm honestly not sure what direction this blog is going to head in. I like to draw, might try to throw up a few doodles a week. Maybe get started on a few large pieces I want to do. I want to get going on a few DIY projects I've pinned over at Pinterest and share my progress and experience with you all. I read a lot so there will be tidbits about whatever book I happen to have my nose in. And lately I have really been getting into Feminism, Philosophy, and African American Studies, so expect lot's on all that!
